We’re looking for a talented IT Analyst to join our dynamic team and support our technological infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced environment. As an IT Analyst, you will play a critical role in analysing, maintaining, and enhancing our IT systems to support our printing operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, mitigate IT risks, and ensure the efficient integration of technology into our workflows.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize IT systems to support printing operations, including prepress, production, and finishing processes.

  • Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software, including print management software, servers, and network systems.

  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless integration of IT systems with printing equipment.

  • Identify and mitigate IT security and network risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

  • Develop and implement IT solutions to improve workflow efficiency and support business objectives.

  • Provide technical support and training to staff on IT systems and software.

  • Stay updated on the latest technological trends in the printing industry, such as digital printing and automation tools.

  • Document system processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.


Person Specifications

Academic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT analysis or support, preferably in the printing or manufacturing industry.


Skills and Attributes

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in IT systems, network management, and print management software (e.g., EFI Fiery, Prinergy).

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.

  • Familiarity with printing technologies (e.g., digital, offset, flexographic) is a plus.

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, database management, or cloud-based systems.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,

  • Excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

  • Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build trust with clients through professionalism, responsiveness, and delivering on expectations.
